Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and internal branding materials.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, design software, and industry best practices, adapting them to the BFSI context.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Provide design support for events, presentations, and other corporate initiatives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects.
