You will be instrumental in developing and refining our product lines, ensuring they align with our brand's commitment to eco-friendliness and ethical production.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new fashion designs, focusing on sustainable materials and techniques.

Translate design ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing prototypes.

Research current fashion trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities within the sustainable fashion sector.

Adapt LLM insights to inform design strategies, ensuring ethical considerations and socio-economic impact are integrated into the design process.

Work with artisans and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for sustainable manufacturing and meet quality standards.

Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for garment construction.

Assist in the selection of fabrics, trims, and other materials, prioritizing eco-friendly and ethically sourced options.

Participate in fittings and provide feedback for design modifications.

Contribute to brand storytelling and marketing efforts by articulating the design philosophy and sustainable aspects of our products.
