Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Finance Teacher with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate training division in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality finance-related training programs to our employees, ensuring they gain a strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and analysis relevant to the software product industry. This role requires a postgraduate degree and a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible learning modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various finance topics including financial accounting, management accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments, tailored to the needs of employees in the software product sector.
- Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for different employee groups.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in finance and corporate training.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance in finance-related areas.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training objectives with business goals.
