Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Executive with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to manage our corporate front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively within a dynamic import and export pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and manage postal mail.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the import/export documentation process by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
