Opening for Game Designer (2-3 Yrs) | Nazara Technologies

We are seeking a talented and creative Game Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Nazara Technologies in Noida. As a Game Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and refining game mechanics, systems, and player experiences for our exciting new projects. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of game design principles, a passion for creating engaging gameplay, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, artists, producers) to translate game concepts into detailed design documents.

Design and document core game mechanics, rulesets, and progression systems.

Create engaging player experiences and ensure intuitive gameplay flow.

Develop and refine game balance, economy, and reward systems.

Prototype and iterate on game features, providing constructive feedback.

Write clear and concise design documentation (GDDs, feature breakdowns).

Analyze player feedback and game data to identify areas for improvement.
