Opening for Geophysicist | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated Geophysicist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical background, preferably with a B.Com degree, who is looking to apply their financial and business acumen to the technical challenges within the Oil & Gas exploration sector. You will work closely with experienced geoscientists and engineers to interpret seismic data, contribute to exploration strategies, and support project evaluations from a commercial perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and interpretation of seismic data to identify potential hydrocarbon reservoirs.
- Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers to integrate geophysical findings with other subsurface data.
- Support the evaluation of exploration opportunities by analyzing geological and geophysical data alongside economic factors.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations, ensuring clarity on both technical and financial implications.
- Participate in data quality control and assurance processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in geophysics and data analysis.
- Assist in the financial modeling and economic assessment of exploration projects.
