We are seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Marketing Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent M.Sc graduate eager to kickstart a career in driving marketing initiatives and contributing to business growth within the packaging industry. You will be instrumental in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Support in managing content creation and distribution across various marketing channels.
Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
