Opening for Guest Services | Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Guest Services team. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic agrochemical company. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors and internal stakeholders at our corporate office in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage visitor reception, including greeting guests, managing sign-in/sign-out procedures, and providing necessary information.

Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring they are prepared and equipped for scheduled meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

Provide administrative support to the corporate office, including data entry, document management, and assisting with basic IT troubleshooting (leveraging MCA skills).

Assist in organizing corporate events and visitor management.

Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experience.
