Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hand / Neck Surgeon with 0-2 years of experience to join our innovative team at Marico Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest scientific advancements relevant to hand and neck care products.
Participate in product testing and analysis, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to achieve project goals.
Prepare reports and documentation related to research findings, experimental procedures, and product development.
Support senior scientists in executing research projects and developing innovative solutions.
