Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Hardware and Networks - Other professional with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and upgrade of our extensive network infrastructure and related hardware components within the broadcasting and telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and network issues, minimizing downtime and impact on service delivery.
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades on network hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion and integration projects.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for network and hardware.
