Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Hardware Installation & Maintenance professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of various hardware systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test new hardware components and systems according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing hardware to prevent failures and enhance performance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including malfunctions, connectivity problems, and performance degradations.
Maintain accurate records of all hardware installations, maintenance activities, and inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of complex hardware problems.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on hardware usage and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices in all hardware operations.
