Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Hardware & Network - Project Management Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing hardware and network infrastructure projects within a large-scale food processing multinational corporation. You will work closely with experienced project managers and technical teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT projects that support our operational efficiency and growth. This is an entry-level position for candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for technology and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables for hardware and network-related initiatives.
Support project managers in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Document project activities, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Participate in the procurement and deployment of hardware and network equipment.
Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and best practices in hardware and network management.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of network documentation and diagrams.
Assist in testing and commissioning of new hardware and network solutions.
Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools relevant to the organization.
