We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Hardware - Other, with 3-5 years of experience, to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our port operations and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hardware management principles and excellent organizational skills, complemented by a BBA/BBM degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of various hardware components across the port's IT and operational systems.
- Manage hardware inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of assets and timely replacement or upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, servicing, and warranty claims.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware-related issues and provide technical support to end-users.
- Implement and enforce hardware policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Support the planning and execution of hardware lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hardware requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to hardware configurations, assets, and maintenance logs.
