Opening for Head - C & B | MNC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Head - C & B. This role is crucial in managing and strategizing our Compensation and Benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the competitive Indian market. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and HR expertise to ensure compliance, fairness, and effectiveness of our C&B policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in India.
- Advise HR business partners and leadership on compensation and benefits-related matters, including salary negotiations and incentive plans.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus cycle.
- Analyze C&B data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees and managers on C&B programs.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all policies and practices are legally sound.
