Opening for Head - Facilities | Adani Defence & Aerospace

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as Head - Facilities at our Ahmedabad facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our defence and aerospace manufacturing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities management principles, with a focus on industrial environments, and the ability to manage multiple sites and projects effectively. This position is suitable for professionals with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, janitorial services, and groundskeeping.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, machinery, and equipment.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations and environmental standards.

Plan and manage facility budgets, including operational expenses and capital projects.

Coordinate space planning and office/manufacturing floor layout to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Respond to and resolve all facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.

Supervise and mentor a team of facilities staff.
