Opening for Head - Finance & Accounts | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles, coupled with a unique educational background in M.Pharma, bringing a distinct perspective to our operations. You will be instrumental in managing the financial health of our auto components business, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
- Leverage M.Pharma background for unique insights into cost management, R&D expenditure analysis, or regulatory compliance specific to the pharmaceutical crossover within auto components, if applicable.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
