This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Pharma background looking to build their career in HR within a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to a startup environment.
• Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Assist with HR administration, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS.
• Understand and apply relevant labor laws and compliance regulations within the Indian context.
• Provide basic HR support and guidance to employees and management.
