Opening for Head - Information Security | MNC

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Information Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. This role is crucial in safeguarding our company's digital assets, intellectual property, and sensitive data against evolving threats. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems. This position requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in information security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage security incident response activities and conduct post-incident analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
