Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical High Performance Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for leveraging data to drive impact within the social sector. You will be instrumental in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our educational programs, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze program data to assess performance against key metrics and objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand factors influencing program outcomes.
- Support the design and implementation of data collection tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with program teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in performance benchmarking and identifying best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and initiatives.
