You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages and redirecting them as necessary.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide basic information about the company and its services.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, leveraging analytical skills gained from LLM studies.
