We are seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Executive / Attendant with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a B.Sc degree to join our esteemed team at DLF Golf & Country Club in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the club's facilities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to impeccable standards.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and outdoor spaces.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and ensure timely procurement.

Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services.

Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory.
