Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Advisory professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will support the HR function by providing advisory services and contributing to various HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR-related queries, including employee relations, performance management, and HRIS.
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
