We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a foundational understanding of HR principles, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations within the fast-paced import and export industry, contributing to the smooth functioning of our organization in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Leverage your MCA background to potentially assist with HR tech-related initiatives or data analysis.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, utilizing your analytical skills to ensure data integrity.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed, applying your technical acumen from your MCA degree.
