Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Industrial Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and driving cost-effectiveness within our pulp and paper operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, with post-graduation not being a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Design and implement plant layouts, workflow, and assembly methods.
Collect and analyze production data to generate reports and recommendations for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
