Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances and resolving disputes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate communication and build positive relationships with employee unions, if applicable.
- Advise management on best practices in employee relations and legal compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to industrial relations matters.
- Support HR in policy development and implementation.
