Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent / Advisor with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding insurance policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our insurance vertical. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, based on their financial needs and goals.
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
- Process applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
