Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Executive with 2-4 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of insurance operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline day-to-day insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all operational processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to management.
- Support the implementation of new insurance products and systems.
