Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Vendor Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in IT vendor management within the financial services sector. You will assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts, and supporting the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of IT vendors.
- Support the review and tracking of vendor contracts, including SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
- Participate in vendor performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the procurement process, including request for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders (POs).
- Track and manage IT asset inventories related to vendor-supplied software and hardware.
- Support IT procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business units to understand vendor needs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in vendor management.
- Escalate vendor-related issues and risks to senior management.
