Opening for Kitchen / F&B Production - Other | Corporate (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Kitchen / F&B Production - Other, with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree, to join our corporate team in Guwahati. This role will support our F&B operations within the corporate setting, ensuring efficient and high-quality production and service. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen from their M.Com background to contribute to cost-effective operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of daily food and beverage production activities.

Monitor inventory levels, assist with procurement, and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage.

Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Support in cost control measures and budget adherence for the F&B department, utilizing M.Com knowledge.

Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and quality.

Assist in training new kitchen staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and expenses.
