Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for new and existing customers in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze and assess customer documentation, including identity proofs, address proofs, and other relevant documents, to ensure authenticity and validity.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities or potential risks during the onboarding process to senior management or compliance teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KYC checks and customer due diligence in the company's systems.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve KYC-related queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay informed about changes in KYC regulations and best practices within the telecommunications industry.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to KYC compliance.
- Perform periodic reviews of customer accounts to ensure ongoing compliance.
