Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a 12th Pass qualification and a foundational understanding of laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Prepare samples and reagents for experiments and analysis.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, observations, and results.
- Ensure a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support senior technicians and researchers in conducting experiments and data collection.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and chemicals, and reorder as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to lab operations and data security.
