We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Layout Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for the successful planning and execution of sports facility layouts, ensuring they meet design specifications, safety standards, and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spatial planning and design principles, coupled with a passion for the sports and leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of detailed site layouts and master plans for sports facilities, adhering to project requirements and client briefs.
Utilize CAD software to create and modify drawings, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, elevations, and material specifications.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate layout designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Conduct site visits to gather data, assess existing conditions, and verify layout implementation.
Prepare reports and documentation related to layout designs, including justifications and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices in all layout proposals.
Support in the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings.
