Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Leadership Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our growth in the fast-paced Oil & Gas industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for leadership positions using various recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals).
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Support the coordination of interview schedules and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Learn and apply recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for successful candidates.
