Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and developing Leadership Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to leverage their academic background in a unique capacity, contributing to the professional development of individuals within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors through targeted training programs. The position is based in Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of leadership training modules, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
- Co-facilitate training sessions for emerging leaders, focusing on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct research on best practices in leadership development within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
- Support in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Provide administrative support for training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Collaborate with senior trainers and stakeholders to refine training methodologies.
- Adapt training content to suit diverse learning styles and participant needs.
