Opening for Legal Entity Management | 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Entity Management professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant management of all legal entities within the organization, supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining corporate governance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all legal entities, including registration details, directorships, and compliance status.
* Ensure timely filing of all statutory and regulatory documents, such as annual returns, financial statements, and other required forms with relevant government bodies (e.g., MCA, RoC).
* Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) and external legal counsel to gather necessary information and ensure smooth entity management processes.
* Assist in the formation, dissolution, and restructuring of legal entities as per business requirements and legal guidelines.
* Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations impacting legal entities and advise stakeholders on necessary actions.
* Conduct due diligence on new and existing entities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.
* Manage board and shareholder meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
* Support the legal team in various corporate governance initiatives and ad-hoc legal projects.
