We are seeking a diligent and motivated Legal Officer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Mumbai. You will support the legal department in various functions, gaining valuable exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations impacting the internet and e-commerce sectors.

Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

Help manage and maintain legal records and documentation.

Assist in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters as required.

Provide support on intellectual property matters.

Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when necessary.
