We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join our Corporate Legal team as a Legal Rights Specialist. This role will involve managing and coordinating various legal rights-related activities within the company, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks and have experience in handling diverse legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Support the legal department in managing intellectual property rights, including trademarks and patents.
Conduct legal research and provide timely analysis on various legal issues affecting the company.
Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on case management and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
Maintain organized legal records and databases.
