Role Summary:
HDFC Life is seeking a motivated and legally astute professional with an LLM degree and 2-4 years of experience in the life insurance sector for a Corporate role. This position will involve supporting the legal and compliance aspects of our life insurance operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, and contributing to the development and review of insurance products and policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance law and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and policy wordings related to life insurance products.
- Provide legal interpretations and guidance on insurance regulations and compliance matters, including IRDAI guidelines.
- Assist in the development and review of new insurance products, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research on emerging trends and potential risks within the life insurance industry.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes, liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Advise business teams on legal implications of corporate decisions and strategies.
