Opening for Load Dispatcher | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Load Dispatcher with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a unique blend of operational understanding and a strong legal foundation, ideal for an LLB graduate looking to apply their skills in the aviation sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant dispatch of aircraft, managing flight schedules, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily flight dispatch operations, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Review and approve flight plans, weight and balance calculations, and fuel requirements, with a keen eye for legal compliance.
- Monitor weather conditions and operational factors that may affect flight safety and efficiency, and communicate necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure smooth and timely departures and arrivals.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards.
- Interpret and apply aviation laws, regulations, and company policies in daily decision-making.
- Assist in developing and updating dispatch procedures to enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance.
- Handle irregular operations, including diversions, cancellations, and delays, in a timely and legally sound manner.
