Opening for Machine Operator / Machinist (1-2 Yrs) | Aviation Maintenance

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Machinist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for supporting our aviation maintenance operations by ensuring the precision and quality of manufactured and repaired components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine operation and a commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce or repair aircraft parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand the required dimensions and tolerances.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Measure and inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Assist senior machinists and engineers with complex tasks and projects.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
