Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our corporate finance team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for our beverage business. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis, and a Bachelor's degree is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
- Build and maintain robust financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide business insights.
- Support in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
