We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative medical devices before they reach our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM), bringing a unique perspective to quality assurance processes within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical device software and hardware.
Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product specifications and ensure testing coverage.
Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback on testability and usability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485).
