This role is ideal for an individual with a background in B.Pharma who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for language education within a professional environment. You will be responsible for imparting Marathi language skills to our employees, enhancing their understanding and proficiency for effective communication within the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons tailored to corporate employees.
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Utilize a B.Pharma background to potentially integrate pharmaceutical or scientific terminology in Marathi, if relevant to employee roles.
Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in language teaching.
