Opening for Marine / Maritime Pilot | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine / Maritime Pilot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of maritime operations and navigation. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels within designated maritime areas. You will be responsible for piloting ships, providing navigational advice, and coordinating with port authorities and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely pilot vessels into and out of ports, through channels, and in congested or hazardous waters.
- Provide expert navigational advice to ship masters, considering vessel characteristics, environmental conditions, and traffic.
- Maintain constant communication with vessel crew, port control, and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct pre-arrival and departure briefings, including route planning and risk assessment.
- Monitor and interpret navigational equipment, charts, and weather information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and safety procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in search and rescue operations as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pilotage operations and safety standards.
