Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Material Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our R&D team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong practical understanding of material properties and their applications in electronic components, even without a formal graduation degree. You will be instrumental in evaluating, developing, and characterizing new materials to enhance the performance and reliability of our semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on experimentation and analysis of various materials, including polymers, ceramics, and composites, for use in electronic components.
Perform material testing and characterization using standard laboratory equipment and techniques.
Assist in the development and optimization of material formulations and processing methods.
Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand material requirements and provide technical support.
Troubleshoot material-related issues in manufacturing processes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in material science relevant to the semiconductor industry.
