Opening for Materials Manager | FinTech MNC

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Materials Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong understanding of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of all materials, ensuring timely availability for operational needs.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste, obsolescence, and carrying costs.

Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.

Utilize data analysis and reporting tools (including Excel and potentially ERP systems) to track inventory levels, forecast demand, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance) to align material management strategies with business objectives.

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in material handling and storage.

Maintain accurate records of all material transactions and conduct regular audits.
