We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with 2-4 years of experience to join our Corporate team as a Merchandising & Planning professional. This role is crucial for optimizing our product offerings and ensuring efficient inventory management and strategic placement to drive sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of planning principles and a B.Tech/B.E. background, enabling them to leverage data and technology for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify merchandising opportunities and risks.
- Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales performance across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize stock allocation to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the development of promotional strategies and visual merchandising guidelines.
