We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role is crucial in developing engaging visual content for our petrochemical and plastics division. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of business principles (B.Com background) to translate complex industrial concepts into compelling visual narratives for internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various platforms including corporate presentations, digital marketing, social media, and internal training modules.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Translate complex technical and business information related to petrochemicals, plastics, and rubber products into easily understandable and engaging visual stories.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Edit and produce video content as needed, including adding graphics, sound effects, and music.
