Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Network Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate IT team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a strong understanding of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures within a large-scale enterprise environment, specifically focusing on the needs of the Indian Railways sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures for corporate and operational systems within the Indian Railways context.
Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standards.
Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical network solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Perform capacity planning and network performance monitoring.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
