Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager/Administrator with 0-1 years of experience to join our IT team in Chandigarh. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate to gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems, supporting end-users, and contributing to network security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Provide first-level support for network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Implement and maintain network security measures as per company policies.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and projects.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of network resources.
- Participate in the monitoring of network traffic and security logs.
